elete™ products are designed as a balanced electrolyte supplement. They contain the four key ingredients found in other quality “endurance sport” additives which are magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium (the tablets also contain calcium). Proper use of Elete supports proper muscle function, energy, and complete hydration. Elete provides a significant savings compared to the well-known Hammer E-Caps products, while providing the same ingredients in similar quantities. My recommendation: I typically type one tablet about an hour before an endurance event. i then use the liquid additive in my water bottles or hydration bladder during the event. That way, as long as I'm drinking fluids, I know I'm getting electrolytes and don't have to worry about keeping a "tablet schedule.” Afterwards, I follow up by consuming one to two additional tablets.
